How can I find my related time-zone?
There are several pages in the world wide web available e.g. HERE which show you the current time in one of our default time-zones.
Do you support proxies ?
No, at the moment the try-sound client does not support any proxies.
How do I have to configure my firewall for the try-sound client ?
Normally there are no configurations necessary. If you want to make sure: Beside the http port 80 the try-sound client needs the ports 18000 to 18200.
The sounds from some patches are distorted. What to do ?
If you start a plugin the output volume has been set for the default patch. If you select other patches or layer multiple patches, the output volume might be to high. Just lower the ouput volume of your loaded patches to avoid distortion.
There are clicks and interrupts in my audio sometimes ?
Try a configuration profile with a lower MP3 rate and/or a higher latency. You can change the profiles during the session any time.
Why do the waiting queues for a test session differ from time to time ?
In a Try-Sound session you do not visit a web site. You really log into a PC of our server farm by remote. The number of available servers limits the number of simultaneous users.
Are there all sounds available from the Plug-In or just some demo sounds?
Yes, it´s a full installation of the retail product.
Can I upload my own Midi files?
No, that´s not possible.
